ABOUT HAIDE
She/her

I've walked this path myself. I know what it's like to feel like you're living a life based on others' expectations and demands - and I also know the freedom that comes from living with authenticity and self-trust.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I'm trained to walk alongside people as they navigate life's challenges and come home to themselves.

My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow.

Who I am in session is who I am in the world - no masks, no pretending. Just real connection and a commitment to helping you rediscover your real self too.

Let's uncover the life that feels right for you - authentic, grounded, and confidently yourself!

Do you need a safe place to talk about the stresses of life?

Are you feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about where to turn? You’re not alone, and I’m here to listen and walk alongside you.

I love to encourage people and support them through life’s challenges. The values that guide my sessions are authenticity, emotional safety, and well-being. I show up as my true self—both in counselling and in the community—because I believe that real connection fosters healing.

It’s important to me that my clients feel safe, secure, and truly valued.

I offer individual and couples counselling, and I help with many issues, including:

  • anxiety & depression, grief & loss

  • relationships: difficult relationships, partner abuse & control, neurodivergent partnerships

  • personal growth & self-understanding, including exploring neurodivergency

When life feels overwhelming, having someone to talk to and help you process what’s happening can make the difference between feeling stuck and feeling hopeful again. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with offices in Abbotsford and South Langley, I would be honored to walk with you on your journey.
