This week, I had the absolute joy of recording a podcast episode with two of my dear friends, Laura and Darice. We dove into an honest and heartfelt conversation about what it means to be the “Last Domino Standing”—the one who holds it all together when everything feels like it’s falling apart.

Together, we shared personal stories, the weight of responsibility we’ve carried, and the real challenges we've both faced and continue to face. Most importantly, we explored the strategies that have helped us persevere—and grow.

If you’ve ever felt like the one holding the line, this episode is for you. We’d be honored to have you listen.

Here's the link to the episode:

I acknowledge that my work takes place on the traditional, unceded, and ancestral territories of the Stó:lō people — including the q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie), qw̓ɑ:nƛ̓ə̓n̓ (Kwantlen), Mathxwí (Matsqui), Semá:th (Sumas), Leq’á:mel, and Semiahmoo First Nations — and I am grateful to live and work on these lands.
